Sydney Traxler

Mrs. Sydney Traxler earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine (2016) and received her Master’s of Social Work (MSW) degree from California State University, Long Beach (2019). She has worked within the mental health field since 2016 and specializes in mentoring at-risk youth to achieve their life goals. Over the past three years, she has been supporting youth through their transition from high school to college: collaborating with students to assess the most appropriate route based on grades and goals; guiding them through the college discernment process, as well as facilitating numerous college tours.

Mrs. Traxler is passionate about supporting students through life stressors and plans to utilize her skills to address the needs of each student she works with.

Mrs. Traxler is married with three children and is excited to join the Loyola community.
