January 23, 2009 Financial Aid Applications due to Private School Aid Service (PSAS)
January 31, 2009, 8:30-12:30 Entrance Exams
February 6, 2009 Forms Deadline (Transcripts/Recommendations)
February 7, 2009, 8:30-12:30 Entrance Exams
March 6, 2009 Notification Letters & Financial Aid Awards Mailed (if applicable)
March 27, 2009   Registration Forms due with $350.00 deposit

 

10th & 11th Grade Transfer Applicants

February 17, 2009 Application Forms Available Online
May 8, 2009 Application Deadline
June 10, 2009 Notification Letters Mailed
June 22, 2009    Registration Forms due with $350.00 deposit

 

Admissions Procedure

  1. Applicant submits online the following application forms to the Admissions Office by January 9, 2009*:
    • Application for Admission
    • $70.00 application fee
    • Personal Essay Form
    • Parent Spiritual Dimension Form
    • Curriculum Vitae

    *Applications received after the January 9th deadline will be assessed a $35.00 penalty fee.

  2. Applicant’s school and place of worship submit the following application materials by February 6, 2009:
    • Online Recommendation forms (Principal, English, Math, Pastor/Minister)
    • Transcripts (6th, 7th, 8th academic grades and standardized test scores)
    • Applicant takes the Entrance Exam (HSPT) at Loyola High School on either:
      Saturday January 31, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, or
      Saturday February 7, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
